IN SECTION 8A BASEBALL, KITTSON COUNTY CENTRAL PICKED UP ONE WIN YESTEDAY, 6-3 OVER WIN-E-MAC, BUT WOULD THEN FALL TO SACRED HEART 5-0, ENDING THE BEARCATS SEASON 1 GAME SHY OF A SECTION CHAMPIONSHIP APPEARANCE.

 

IN SECTION 8A SOFTBALL, BADGER-GREENBUSH-MIDDLE RIVER CLOBBERED NORMAN COUNTY EAST 16-0 TO ADVANCE TO THE SECTION CHAMPIONSHIP, WHERE THEY WILL FACE EITHER NORMAN COUNTY EAST AGAIN, OR RED LAKE FALLS.

FRAZEE ENDED WARROAD’S SOFTBALL SEASON YESTERDAY 12-2… THAT SECTION CHAMPION WILL COME DOWN TO HAWLEY, FRAZEE OR PEQUOT LAKES.
