ROSEAU’S GIRLS VOLLEYBALL TEAM WON THE SILVER DIVISION AT SATURDAY’S  ADA/BORUP TOURNAMENT.  THE RAMS WENT FOUR AND ONE,  BEATING RED LAKE COUNTY CENTRAL AND UNDERWOOD FOR THE TROPHY.

 

ROSEAU’S GIRLS TENNIS TEAM FINISHED 5TH AT SATURDAY’S MOOSE TOURNAMENT IN BRAINERD,  A POINT BETTER THAN EAST GRAND FORKS.  PEQUOT LAKES WAS THE TEAM CHAMPION.

THE RAMS’  EMMA ZIMMERMAN,  MASYNN JANICKE AND ELLA TRANGSRUD COMBINED FOR A SECOND PLACE FINISH AT 3RD DOUBLES;    JULIA BRAATEN WAS 3RD AT THIRD SINGLES;   AND KIERSTEN FLAIG AND LINDSAY McFARLANE WERE 3RD AT FIRST DOUBLES.

 

WARROAD IS HOSTING A CROSS COUNTRY MEET TODAY AT THE WAR-ROAD ESTATES GOLF COURSE.

 

A YOUTH HOCKEY REGISTRATION EVENT IS TOMORROW  (5-7 PM)  AT MEMORIAL ARENA.  THERE’S AN EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE AND EQUIPMENT LOAN.

FIRST-TIME USA HOCKEY REGISTERED PLAYERS MUST HAVE A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
