THE ROSEAU VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT HOSTS IT’S  35TH ANNUAL BARBEQUE TOMORROW EVENING  (5-8 PM)  AT THE ROSEAU FIRE HALL. THIS YEAR’S FUNDRAISER MEAL IS TO-GO ONLY,  DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC.

THE ROSEAU CITY COUNCIL REMINDS PEOPLE THAT MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON RECREATIONAL TRAILS IN THE CITY,  INCLUDING GOLF CARTS. THERE ARE SOME SHARED TRAILS AROUND  OAK CREST GOLF COURSE.

THE ROSEAU CITY COUNCIL,  THIS WEEK,  APPROVED A RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING THE STATE LEGISLATURE TO PASS A BONDING BILL. A PROPOSED BONDING BILL HAS BEEN HELD UP MINNESOTA HOUSE REPUBLICANS OVER THE GOVERNOR’S AUTHORITY DURING THE PANDEMIC.
