THE MINNESOTA D.N.R. IS TAKING PUBLIC COMMENT THROUGH NEXT FRIDAY ON THE PROPOSED ADDITION OF A NINETEEN MILE ROSEAU TO WARROAD A-T-V TRAIL FROM ROSEAU TO WARROAD, USING ABANDONED RAILBED OWNED BY THE ROSEAU COUNTY TRAILBLAZERS.

 

A FALL FESTIVAL AT ST PHILIP’S CATHOLIC CHURCH AT FALUN IS SEPTEMBER 28TH.

ORGANIZED BY THE FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC CENTER, OTHER DROPOFF LOCATIONS ARE AT CITIZENS STATE BANK, POLARIS, TRANSFERS UNLIMITED AND THE ROSEAU PUBLIC LIBRARY. DISTRIBUTION IS OCTOBER 7TH AT THE ROSEAU CITY CENTER, BY THE ROSEAU WOMEN OF TODAY.

 

THE ROSEAU ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE IS PARTNERING WITH THE WIKSTROM TELEPHONE COMPANY OF KARLSTAD ON A PROJECT TO BRING FIBER-OPTIC BROADBAND TO RURAL HOMES IN ROSEAU COUNTY.
THE NorthStream FIBER PROJECT WILL CONNECT UNDER-SERVED AND UNSERVED AREAS IN ROSEAU COUNTY.

THE EVENT BEGAN WHEN MARSHALL WISKOW RESTORED A STEAM THRESHER IN 1965.
