Creative Support for Organizations
Creative Support for Organizations is designed to help arts organizations adapt to the changing environment caused by the global pandemic. Grantees will be able to use funds to support people and activities that will be needed to stay relevant and connected to audiences, participants, students, or communities now and in the future. This grant program aims to help Minnesota arts organizations maintain their financial sustainability and long-term viability by leveraging their creativity and connections to community.
Application deadline is
Friday, September 11, 2020, before 4:30 p.m.
Applicants may request between $5,000 – $15,000. No cash match is required.

Grantees will be able to use funds to sustain their practice and stay relevant and connected to audiences, participants, students, or communities now and in the future. This grant program aims to help Minnesota artists and culture bearers maintain their visibility and financial sustainability by using their creativity and connections to community.
Deadline to apply is Friday, September 18, 2020, before 4:30 p.m.
Applicants may request between $2,000 – $6,000. No cash match is required.

NWMAC Individual Artist Grants

APPLY by October 1!
Individual adult artists can apply by October 1 for a NWMAC/McKnight Individual Artist Grant of $5,000.00. Performing artists, visual artists, media artists, creative writing artists are all welcome to apply.
Project grants are awarded to individuals. This is the main category that individuals use to support their artistic business or advance their technical skills. This category is for non-hobby artist. Grants are awarded annually with $1,500 going to four individuals and $5,000 going to four individuals. Support for this program comes from The McKnight Foundation.
