GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY –    KAYLA SANTL HAD A HAT TRICK AND MEMPHIS MERTENS SCORED TWICE AS ROSEAU BEAT BUFFALO  7-3 IN THE SECTION 8AA SEMIFINALS.

THE RAMS WILL PLAY BRAINERD FRIDAY NIGHT FOR A TRIP TO THE STATE TOURNAMENT;  BRAINERD IS THE TWO-TIME DEFENDING CHAMP.   THE WARRIORS BEAT ALEXANDRIA  3-1 IN THE OTHER SEMIFINAL.

 

GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL –   KATIE BOROWICZ POURED IN 36 POINTS AS ROSEAU OVERWHELMED PARK RAPIDS   71-43.

 

BOYS HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL –   JED DUNHAM HAD 26 AND JERE BENDER 20 POINTS AND ROSEAU  TOPPED LAKE OF THE WOODS   85-46;   TANNER NORDLOF LED THE BEARS WITH 17.

DYLAN FOX SCORED 20 AND WARROAD WHIPPED KITTSON COUNTY CENTRAL  64-46.

RED LAKE COUNTY GOT BY THE NORTHERN FREEZE  69-64 IN OVERTIME;  JAACKS SPILDE SCORED 17 FOR THE FREEZE.

ADAM BENKE HAD 31 POINTS AND  B-G-MR BREEZED BY CROOKSTON  87-35.

 

BOYS HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY –   JASON SHAUGABAY’S HAT TRICK HELPED WARROAD BEAT LAKE OF THE WOODS   10-2.

TYLER BAKKEN SCORED THREE AND KITTSON COUNTY CENTRAL SWAMPED BAGLEY/FOSSTON  11-1.

BRODY SCHULTZ SCORED TWICE AND EAST GRAND FORKS BEAT THIEF RIVER FALLS    3-1.

 

THE  SECTION 8A  WRESTLING TOURNAMENT GOT UNDERWAY WITH  2ND SEED       B-G-MR   WALLOPING FERTILE-BELTRAMI   57-16.

THE GATORS WRESTLE 3RD SEED UNITED NORTH CENTRAL  IN A FRIDAY SEMIFINAL.

TOP SEED  FRAZEE MEETS FOSSTON/BAGLEY,  A  36-34 WINNER AT CROOKSTON.
