A NEW SEASON IS UNDERWAY FOR THE OVER 11,000 MINNESOTA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THAT PARTICIPATE IN THE MINNESOTA STATE HIGH SCHOOL CLAY TARGET LEAGUE. THE 9-WEEK SEASON CULMINATED WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND A NATIONAL TOURNAMENT IN JULY. ROSEAU AND BGMR HAVE SENT STUDENTS TO THAT NATIONAL TOURNAMENT.

ROSEAU’S HANNA MOONEY SIGNED HER LETTER OF INTENT TO ATTEND CONCORDIA COLLEGE IN MOORHEAD IN THE FALL TO CONTINUE HER EDUCATION AND PLAY VOLLEYBALL FOR THE COBBERS.

ROSEAU’S MAX STRAND ANNOUNCED HIS COMMITMENT TO ATTEND AND PLAY HOCKEY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT.

MINNESOTA PLAYS MINNESOTA ST., WITH A 7:30 FACEOFF TONIGHT, AT THE FROZEN FOUR IN BOSTON. THE OTHER SEMIFINAL, A 4:00 FACEOFF, HAS MICHIGAN PLAYING DENVER.

OZZIE MEYER-RICE OF KITTSON COUNTY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL HAS BEEN NAMED A MEMBER OF THE 9-MAN WEST FOOTBALL TEAM FOR THE NORTH DAKOTA SHRINE FOOTBALL GAME, TO BE PLAYED JUNE 18 IN MAYVILLE.

KACIE BOROWICZ, A JUNIOR AT NORTH DAKOTA, COMING OFF HER BEST COLLEGIATE SEASON, WAS ALSO NAMED TO THE SUMMIT LEAGUE ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM. SHE HAD A 3.93 GPA, MAJORING IN KINESIOLOGY.

THE MINNESOTA TWINS SEASON OPENER TODAY AGAINST SEATTLE HAS BEEN POSTPONED, AND WILL BE PLAYED ON THE OPEN DATE ON THEIR SCHEDULE TOMORROW.
