A MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR JEANNE GLASSMANN OF ROSEAU IS TOMORROW AFTERNOON AT  ONE  AT ROSE FREE LUTHERAN CHURCH,  WEST OF ROSEAU.   VISITATION IS AN HOUR PRIOR.

A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE  FOR WAYNE JUHL OF GREENBUSH IS TOMORROW AFTERNOON AT THREE AT BOWESMONT CEMETERY IN BOWESMONT,  NORTH DAKOTA. WAYNE  JUHL WAS  94.

THE ROSEAU CITY COUNCIL MEETS MONDAY EVENING IN REGULAR MONTHLY SESSION.

THE INTERNATIONAL RAINY/ LAKE OF THE WOODS  WATERSHED BOARD HAS IT’S ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING TODAY IN A VIRTUAL SETTING.

ROSEAU COUNTY HAS JOINED  FOUR OTHER  NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA COUNTIES IN AGREEING TO PROVIDE UPFRONT DOLLARS TO  RE-PROGRAM  ‘ARMER’  RADIOS BEING GIVEN TO THE REGION BY ITASCA COUNTY.

THAT MONEY WILL THEN BE REIMBURSED BY A STATE GRANT FROM THE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK.

THE ROSEAU CITY COUNCIL IS CONSIDERING A FEE FOR USE OF ELECTRIC POWER AT THE GAZEBO PARK AND ON THE CITY CENTER SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY ELEVEN BRIDGE,  WHERE THE ROSEAU MARKETPLACE IS HELD ON THURSDAYS DURING THE SUMMER.
