46-YEAR OLD WILLIAM HEADBIRD OF CASS LAKE HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH 2ND DEGREE MURDER IN THE JULY 2021 DRIVE BY SHOOTING THAT TOOK THE LIFE OF DIEGO GASCA. HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY ON JULY 1. THE INCIDENT DATES BACK TO A JULY 4, 2021 GATHERING THAT LASTED INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF JULY 5. AUTHORITIES WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE VEHICLE AS BELONGING TO HEADBIRD AND A WITNESS FROM THE GATHERING ALSO IDENTIFIED HEADBIRD AS THE DRIVER, WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY GOTTEN INTO AN ALTERCATION AT THE GATHERING.

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THE BODIES OF A WOMAN AND THREE KIDS FOUND IN A MINNESOTA LAKE AS A TRIPLE-MURDER SUICIDE. THE BODIES WERE PULLED FROM A VADNAIS HEIGHTS LAKE ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THE MOTHER, MOLLY CHENG WAS 23, WHILE THE CHILDREN WERE AGED 3, 4, AND 5. IT COMES ON THE HEELS OF HER HUSBAND REPORTEDLY COMMITTING SUICIDE, HIS BODY WAS FOUND ON FRIDAY.

A TRAGEDY STRUCK A FAMILY AT FOURTH OF JULY ACTIVITIES IN MANDAN, N.D. A YOUNG CHILD DIED AFTER FALLING OFF OF A 4TH OF JULY PARADE TRAILER.
