  • CLAY MITCHEL JEROME, Salol, pled guilty to “5th Degree Domestic Assault”.  This misdemeanor resulted in 2 year supervised probation; and local confinement of 90 days, stayed for 2 years. Fined $385.  A charge of threats of violence was dismissed.
  • ALVERN ROLLAN KILDE, Roseau, pled guilty to “Drugs – 3rd Degree – Possess – Methamphetamine/Amphetamine in School/Park/Public Housing Zone”.  This felony  resulted in 5 year supervised probation; and local confinement of 83 days, fined $1,160.  2 Charges of not to possess firearms plus a charge of Controlled Substance Crime in in the 5th Degree (Possession) was dismissed.

  • PAUL MICHAEL HLUCNY, Wannaska, pled guilty to “Duty to Drive with Due Care – speed greater than reasonable), fined $125.  Badge # 1472
